Kathy was born in Pikeville, KY, but moved to Dayton, OH when she was just 3 weeks old. Attended College in Ohio where she earned her CDA (Early Childhood Teaching Certificate) and taught Pre-Kindergarten for 18 years.
As long time visitors to the Smoky Mountains and her love of the area, Kathy and her family moved to Sevier County and became the owner/operators of a successful Bed & Breakfast in downtown Gatlinburg.
With her people pleasing personality, knowledge of the area, and experience as a Licensed Professional Assistant to David Gothard, CCIM she is a natural for her position as Affiliate Broker at Colonial Real Estate, Inc.
Kathy’s other interests include church, hiking, bicycling, quilting and spending time with family and friends. Her son is a graduate of Gatlinburg-Pittman High School, Wright State University and is an Officer in the USAF. Her husband is the Pharmacist at CVS/Pharmacy in Pigeon Forge.
